NEW YORK (WABC) -- Another soaker to end the week as temperatures drop with periods of rain.

There can be ponding on streets and highways. Further north and on Long Island, where heavier rain is expected, flood watches have been issued through early Saturday.

We'll begin clearing out on Saturday ahead of a nice day for Mom!
